Question about mother plant

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

I know this was posted before but I looked back and can't seem to find it. Is the mother plant and the pollen donor listed as mp x pd. In other words if you used the pollen of an Isabella on a Solid Gold flower would it be SG x Isabella?

FSH, TX

You hit it exactly.

Thanks Eric. I want to know what I'm doing before I go crazy with the q-tips. LOL

Motherplant (who has the seed pods) are always named first.

Mamas also have the hard part.
Eclipse and Monika, can you please explain about the seed pods, i was under the impression that the seed pods would always look like the mamas pods, ie Isabella pods would always look like isabella pods no matter who the daddy, but the seeds could produce all kinds of variations. thanks......
