brugs under lights

I feel like a proud mom, this is my first attempt at growing under lights, now that I see the results, I think I will go out and get a real "set up"

Can I move these to a table next to the window? mind you this is Washington where we rarely see the sun but the grey sometimes is a light grey, I would like to plant some other things under the lights.....
