Help me with my brugs....

I have problem right now is the SPIDER MITES on my several brugs. I tried different way to kill but not working.. They are under Brug leaves.. Help me to get rid of them. Any suggest....

Mini, if it were my brugs, I would take all the leaves off up to the growth point, leaveing those couple of small ones on. If your plants have made the Y, I would not strip anything above that point. Wash really well with the water hose outside, let dry and give them a good spray with insecticide of some kind. Do it again in about three days and keep up the same schedule for about three weeks. That should take care of them. The reasoning behind removing all those lower leaves is that you don't have as many to fight. It is amazing how fast the leaves will grow back. This is just the way I do it and I'm sure other have more suggestions they will give you. I've used insecticidal soap too, but have just as good of luck with water and the bug spray. Always spray the trunk and the soil when you spray your plants.

That right Brugie what Cala told me to and it only thing it work if dont take off leaves and keep up spray to rid of it will come back from the soil more babies there, best way to take it off all where it has spider mites and keep spray it it will help. Try it!

I use Vertimec, a very good akarizid, or Pentac ( still have something left, or Imidacloprid, which does not kill all of them. Vertimec is the best.
