is this what we are calling a tooth leaf

Irish...you got da picture!! Thats what we call a toothed leaf edge. BTW what plant is this..very heavy serrated leaf..looks interesting. :-)

I call that serrated. Toothed just doesn't sound as nice to me. Similarly, I describe downy leaves as velvety. I don't think it matters though as long as we understand what we are talking about. Of course I don't understand what I am talking about half the time.

its leaves look more like whiskers than dr suess to me, not sure that is what it is.

looks like whiskers to me too. she did have another CG cross though, can't remember with what.

Arlene you made me go out and look again what I thought is wiskers has smooth leaves but some are a little serrated maybe I mixed them up I know its hard to belive I could do that but it happens to the best of us......lol
