stevia plants

i lost my seedlings but found some beautiful stevia plants at my local nursery for only 3.28 each. you know i had to have a couple. now does anyone know how to best extract the sweetner from them.

we have the dried herb in stock and this is what we tell our coustomers

take 1 tab. dried herb
put into 1 pint of boiling water
allow to sit until cool
place in fridg in covered jar
use to taste doesn't take much
may be used fresh the same way i would sugest using 2 tab fresh chopped to start with

if you just want to put it in your morning tea i would start with 1 fresh broken leaf to start with and adjust to taste
