Arlene, I love surprises. All this time I was thinking it was JO and now I have a new type of Brug I didn't know I had.LOL. I'm happy to have it no matter which it is.
No problem Arlene.It's a nice plant whatever it is and has bloomed over and over.I suspected as much.Kharma also sent me CG and the plants do have very different leaves.I knew one was wrong,just wasn't sure which.
G2S...you've blown your cover now!!! do you know how many of us don't have CG that thought we did? Karma sent me a JO that is really DrS too. (i might have more dr suess than earl now)..lol The good news is it is a nice plant.

Don't know when you received your C. Grimaldi from LynnHT, but she told me she needed a Ch. Grimaldi, she didn't have any???? Would the real Dr. Suess and Ch. Grimaldi please stand up??
I got C. Grimaldi from Shirley, now she said it is really Dr. Suess, I'd sure like a C. Grimaldi.

Ok noe looking at it the OJ looks more like dr seuss but the seed I got from earl that are suposed to be DR seuss have edged leaves my CG that I got form Glory has edged leaves too but more pronounced so what do I have if its not CG and now I am confused as a baby raccoon.

Ater looking again thats getting off my butt and walking in the back yard instead of looking out the window of my puter room I got what I thought was JO marked jamican yellow so I think I don't have a JO btw what is Jo????? still confussed

Irish, JO jutner orange. i am sure you probably got some of those, as i took a lot of cuttings to robins.....btw is actually dr suess if you do. i am very curious about the CG from Glory......if it has edged leaves, is dr suess too, would love to know....seems that we all have gotten them in trade mismarked!!!!
I just went and looked and I do have a Charles Grimaldi...smooth leaves!
I look at some web sites and CG has smooth leaves what I have is not real smooth but with just a few pointed edges and got another that I thought was CG and it has a lot of pointed edges on the leaves will post a pic tomarrow maybe some one will know what it could be. does any one have wiskers. It has pointed edges on it thats why I thought that CG had them. don't have any JO at all. now I have to find out what I got that I thought was CG. but know that my dr seuss has smooth leaves as well so i know that its right now my solid gold has the pointed leaves on it as well.is it that or somthing ealse also????

Irish, jutner orange and charles grimaldi are the very same plant. if your dr suess has smooth edges maybe it is really charles grimaldi/jutner orange. whiskers has beautiful leaves, doesn't it?
