brugmansia 'Double White' photo .. identity help

Coal Center, PA(Zone 6a)

I received this one as just 'Double White'. Excellent brug.
It has bloomed all winter in the greenhouse.
Can anyone tell which it is ?
Thanks for help.

All I can tell you is the botanical name:

B. x candida flore plena

Maybe Kyle can add its breeders name to it, if known.

looks a lot like mine

Is this Culebra??

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

Hibiscus, below is a link to my culebra with first bloom. some of my pics aren't archived, someone, or brain isn't working. I have almost posted three times and hit return instead of send. Brugman calls his double white Species, don't know if this is another CG/JO or frosty pink thing, but lots of his "double whites" going around are also "Species", if my memory serves me and hopefully he'll be behing me to correct me. he also says it is an excellent bloomer, so i'm thinking that may be it, interested to know if Species and Candida flore plena are the same thing. here's your link to my culebra, it was awesome went from a few inches to several feet in 4 months, tons of blooms, brugman pollinated it for me and then, sadly, i think it got too dry, the buds fell off, and i covered it during a hard freeze and it froze back! (shame on me!!)http://davesgarden.com/showthread/147242.html

Gloria, do you still want it?lol...

flore plena stands for double. This is why I didnt understand your naming of species. A double flowering Brugmansia is always a ..... flore plena. Culebra is a single flowering aurea

Thanks so much Arlene, enjoyed picture and reading all the posts, this was before my time.(Joining Daves') Didn't join until January.

Logees sells one of theirs named Species.

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

Native Habitat and Valley Grow sell "Species" too, and looking at NH pics, this looks like it to my old eyes, just hate to say so, i sure haven't seen every brug there is.

Wow..I never see this one before.. I realized I don't have one in my collecting.. IT's so beautiful!!!

This one have a really special shape! I have seen a photo of it at NHE`s website, but never thought, tat actually looked like this. Beautiful and very elongated second corolla lol Are there also a corolla into the second: I mean, is it triple?

Alice,
This one looks like my Species. The only problem I have here with Species is that it tend to turn brown when it is humid which is 99.9% of the time. I'll have to ask Barb if hers does the same....Barb lives about 75 miles north of me and not quite as much humidity.

I have seen it listed as a species...That was spotted on Hawaii at one time. its sold as Species by Logees and others. Mine never blooms..:-( so if you get crazy and do some pruning..I would love to use this one in my breeding program. My doubles are different..they have a flower wadded up inside the flare of the corolla instead of hose in hose..like this one. :-)

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

Kyle, I have some small cuttings of Species started. when I'm sure they've taken I'll send you one.

Angleton, TX(Zone 9a)

Yes, it is really beautiful and unique in the bloom appearance. The double white that I have is like Kyles :( but it was the second brug that I received and it was from a life-long friend, therefore it is special. Mine is full of blooms and also the blooms turn brown after a couple of days like Gloria's . . humidity like she said.
