Starting us off!

Jacksonville, TX(Zone 8b)

This isn't "my" recipe, but it is the current favorite, especially when we have guests. I haven't met anyone yet who doesn't like it!

Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin
-----

Stir first 10 ingredients in a shallow dish or heavy-duty zip top plastic bag. Prick pork with a fork, and place in marinade, turning to coat. Cover or seal. Let stand at room temperature 30 min, or chill 2 hours. Remove from marinade, discard marinade. Place pork on a rack in roasting pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes, or until meat thermometer reaches 160.

Enjoy, and think of us when you eat it!!
