Sausage Bread

Tremont, IL(Zone 5b)

1 lb. sausage
2 eggs
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tblsp. Parsley
5 Tblsp. Parmesan Cheese -grated
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese - grated.

Cook sausage, eggs & 4 spices together. (These will be spread over rolled out dough).

(I double the above & put half on each portion of dough).

1 Box Hot Roll Mix (follow mixing directions on box)
After dough has rested 5 minutes, divide in half.
Roll out to approximately 9 X 13.
Spread sausage ingredients over dough. Sprinkle parsley & cheese over these.
Roll up into a log. Put on a greased (I spray with Pam) cookie sheet. Let rise 30 minutes or until almost double in size. Bake 30 minutes at 350 f.
