Hughesville, MO(Zone 5a)

I just have to start today giving thanks that the 1/2 bath is almost finished. All we need to do now if finish the door frame on the inside of the room and buy a new hose and end for the shower. Yesterday Shad and I(he did most of the work himself)finished putting on the trim and installed the tiny RV sink. Then he cleaned it from ceiling to floor. Such a thrill for us.
It is still bitter cold here today. The weather man said some places in MO broke records for cold temps on this date. I certainly am glad I didn't put the potatoes, onions, garlics, and spinach seeds out the first of the week. They likely would have frozen instead of making roots.
I have a long day of work at the cafe' today. I'll have to take Shad to town to stay with the troop leader's wife until they leave on their campout tonight. I can't let Jack take him anymore because he isn't able to see well enough to be driving and I have to be at work at 1p.m.. They're only staying out one night so I'll have to be thru cleaning the poolside restrooms at the campgrounds(same place as the cafe')by about 4 tomorrow afternoon.
The tank fish are acting hungry so I need to feed them and all the birds. Thomas is calling from the utility room so i'll take care of him soon or we'll not get any peace until I do.
GOD bless and keep all of you.
