Is there anybody who can tell me if the brugmansia, shown on the enclosed photo, has a disease or not? Or is he suffering of heat?

The plant is very close to the brick wall and is probably getting heated from the heat radiating from the brick wall. Try moving the plant away from the wall and give it lots more water. By the way, lovely plant.
Poels..the soil that close to the brick house is very alkaline...use a fertilizer that has an acid base..like for evergreens or holly. use at half the reccommened rate..once or twice a year..in between your regular fertilizer applications..You see this yellowing a lot on the edges of the leaves in southern calif. Usually a nutrient deficiency.PH might be off too! >-)
