tiG . . . These are wonderful pictures. Thank you for taking the time to do all the work of uploading these and filling us in on some of the details. . . especially those of who lived too far away to go. I can see that it was a great weekend and everyone had so much fun.
Wow tiG, Thanks for posting all the pictures. The faces of everyone shows what a great time they were having. Those greenhouses are fantastic. Talk about being in Brug heaven.So happy that everyone had a good time.

1st orchid photo is cymbidium orchids
2nd orchid photo w/lavender flowers is of dendrobium variety
3rd orchid photo w/red flowers is of cattleya variety

GEEE WHIZZZ! u guys surely did have some fun. i wish i could have gone too, but u guys are too far away. it will take me all day and part of the night just to fly :(. what matters is... everyone had a grand time! thanks for taking the time and taking those lovely photos.

I just made one entry in my journal, and then kept adding to it. it did take a while, but only cause i'm on dial-up. Nice to have them all in one place where I can visit the day anytime!

I have a very small one in the greenhouse that you can have...I think I put the 16-0-0 to close to the stalk and all the leaves fell off. I'll let you know how it looks when I return from Australia...please remind me.

Tig, funny that you should mention orchids, I think I need to transplant mine, and maybe divide, I have only had it for a month or so, I have been looking for orchid soil, cant find any (looked at two nurseries - I probably have to go to a specialty nursery) but my question is, how do you divide them? I have babies hanging off the main stems, do I snip them?
I'm so jealous! You all look like you had a blast! Have you started planning your next plant roundup?

i am in the desert, around 3 a.m. this morning pacific time, it snowed here too. not much normal for this area to get 6" of snow. i never expected snow this year at all. Mother Nature sure is so unpredictable!
all the pictures that tig posted are really record keepers of the group get togethers. i agree CC, i wish i knew how to do that too. everyone seem to have a wonderful time.
