my seed envelopes didn't hold up well

To all who i have sent seeds to that had the envelopes come open or any other problem like that, I sincerely apologize and want to replace any that were lost at my cost- contact me and let me know. This was my first year swapping- so much for a good first impression!:(

Kat,

Why don't you tell us your envelope proceedure, and maybe we can help you avoid a repeat of this

After this happened a friend of mine sent me a template which i use but i am always open for advice! The problem began when I ran out of the small coin envelopes when I had a ton of swaps to get out(of course, right?) and I thought I could make my own envelopes out of print paper cut in squares and glued with a glue stick. Even with bubble wrap, from what I am hearing, some came apart. Do I feel stupid!!

Hi Kat!

I tried several different ways of doing an envelope and came up with a design that starts with a square and with a few folds, will hold the seeds securely, and can just be "tucked" to close it, allowing a person to open and close the packet as many times as necessary. No glue or anything else required! E-mail me if you are interested and I will tell you how I do it. Simple! Janet
