Morning,
Another beautiful day in MI. It was so nice yesterday DD and I took a long walk outside. How did you do GW?????? Hope you walked If not today is another day. It has been a hard few days a good friend passed away and had lunch at the coney yesterday. Its always nice to know we can start afresh even when we mess up. I did get into a pair of jeans that I couldnt zip last year. :) Exercise!
