Up here in Alaska, we always caution tourists about bears. While locals would most often carry a small firearm to protect themselves in bear country,tourists often purchase a string of "bear bells" that are purported to give the bear fair warning when you are approaching. This notice was created to poke a bit of fun at the visitors with bells.
