Monika - I was just looking at your picture of Luminosa on the other site. Can you tell us more about it? It seems to be perfectly proportioned and the color is gorgeous.

Yes I do. I love Marie Gerrits (simple flowers but wonderful fragrance), Luminosa (beautiful color, sweet fragrance, like CG), Sommerkönigin (medium sized double, in my opinion beautiful flower), Charleston, Rosalie etc.
My favorite is Fritzchen, a small aurea like flower with a big broad corolla. The color is a creamish white.
I like the double pink Rosa Zauber, but for me, it is not the none plus ultra. It needs to be improved, just as all other double pink available at the moment.
Fritzchen sounds like the perfect shaped flower to me. Only, I don't like whites that much. If it were pink or peach though. Ahh, to die for. Yes, we are all biased to some extent on what we like. I like Citronella as well though and its a near white flower. To me Citronella kind of reminds me of an arborea. Another of my favorite whites, Versicolor alba....don't suppose you have a picture of that one for us...I need another favorite white to want for. Pretty Please?

Ahh, I see where the confusion is...I have grown the V.alba myself. Fritchen is the one I wanted to see as it describes the perfect shaped flower to me.
Eric, It doesn't take much to confuse me in the morning. I wake up confused and stay that way till at least my second cup of coffee.LOL

I must confess after reading my own post I was quite confused myself so no offense taken. In fact, if you hadn't of posted that I might have been confused all the more at the onslaught of versicolor alba pictures.
