Has anyone seen a picture of Perlmutter? Ran a google search - all sorts of strange stuff but no brugs.

isn't perlmutter one of the parents of the seeds that Monika was going to send me? yes Purlmutt (Gelber Reise X candida Esmeraldas) X EP.

Maybe - but have you found a picture?

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

yes, i had written that down. all i found was description, Perlmutt hybrid, rosa bloom. aurea X candida gotta be pretty mom, i am especially fond of candidas. Perlmutt appears to be the correct spelling. Hopefully Monika will be by and have a pic.

Liz, I think I have a picture, must check it. The shape of Perlmutts flower looks much like that of CG. The corolla is not so broad and the tips are shorter. Parents are Gelber Riese x Esmeraldas.

Monika, i knew i had written down the name and parentage right, and you'd have a pic. I'm going to quit coming here, it just makes me covetous. (opus)

I know the feeling arlene, when it's just something we can't ever get, it's driving me crazy!!! But hopefully when summer comes and mine are blooming, it will cause amnesia and I'll forget there are others:)

Well, I must confess with me its always the aurea hybrids I love the best. I would trade my tallest, biggest, newest, bestest, Brugmansia for the right aurea. Anyone want an HG that has already bloomed multiple times? Or a Culebra for that matter?

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

it's not fair to tease people when we don't have and can't get what you want!!!

oh, and great news! I was finally going to take my poor culebra and put it in the compost pile, and it has a new sprout coming up!!!!!! I was ecstatic!
