Spring Cleaning

I am a little early for my spring cleaning.
I need to do something with my husbands bath,
The fixtures are almond and the floor a very light cream color with small brown diamond shapes.The room is small with a tub and shower doors. One window ,so I don't have a lot of room. I was thinking of painting the wood work a light brown color and the walls will remain a light cream color. Need some input.
