Thyme recipes

Oh those do look yummy! I've got several pots of thyme in my house......use it all the time. I've got some good recipes (esp. for chicken) that I use thyme for frequently.

I also just found out it's good (when made in a tea) for coughs......

Couldn't resist telling you our favoirte way of using thyme....I use oil, (olive or vegetabel..or combo of both) garlic, thyme, salt and pepper..and soak my chicken in this..also, veggies such as mushrooms, zucchini (slice them long and thick) and red or yellow bell pepper. Soak all in your thym mixture (use LOTS of thyme) and grill..the veggies are wonderful, as is the chicken. Sounds too simple to be good, I know, but it is great!
