This is the place where I live. Just walk down the road, its the second house on the left side, hidden behind trees. When you open the gate, follow the Brugmansia alley up to the house...... pie is ready!
Spring in my homeplace
Monika, how pretty! And so serene. You must really enjoy your home.
Very peaceful looking place. It must be a slice of heaven here on earth
Monika
What a wonderful atmosphere to call home. I agree it is peaceful and serene. I guess it is all covered with snow now, but I think it is probably just a beautiful with the snow.
I really do love my home. We live outside this little village, have no neighbours with the exception of wild animals. There are only cottages around us and their owners seldom come. Its like heaven. Its looks even beautiful when covered with snow. But often it is too much snow for too long time.

Lovely - I'm walking along your road, I'm turning and going through the gate, I'm looking but can't see the brugmansias yet~~~
This is lovely. It is funny what misconceptions we get from what we see on TV.
Do you want to see the Brugmansias ..Liz?
You bet Monika, I can't wait! The suspense is killing me.
monika, where in germany do you live? i lived there from 88-91.
my ex was stationed in vilseck, and we lived in sulzbach-rosenburg..not too far from amberg and neurnburg.
we drove all over doing the touristy things.

OK, I'm starting a fund now so I can go visit. It's so lovely. I'll take all my permits so I can hand carry brugs back.
My home is in the middle of Germany, its about 100km northeast of Frankfurt/Main in Hessen. I know Sulzbach and Amberg from pictures.
