Planted Spinach and Kale

for the koi. They love it and it's good for them so decided to plant my own this year. They get their regular food too but the spinach and kale are their snacks :-)

Wonder if goldfish like spinach and kale too? LOL My goldfish in my pond eat more than I do in the summer. LOL

I have two big fantail goldfish that live inside during the winter and in a large container in the summer.

Honibee, what plants do you keep in your aquarium in the winter? I hesitate to buy plants from stores that have fish supplies because the plants usually have snails on them which we DO NOT want again. I have a couple Peace Lilies but want something else for variety.

Thanks Sis---that was an interesting site. And to think all this time I could have been giving my goldfish a treat with my leftover cooked rice and even my frozen peas. LOL Learn something new everyday! :)
