a friend of mine has these perennials for zone 5.....would like other perennials or bulbs or just tempt me...also im gonna list a few container plants that she has also...

vinca vine
lilac bush seedlings(approx. 18 inches or so)
sensitive fern(native)
rose of sharon(about same as the lilac)

lemon grass
japanese iris

container plants:

swedish ivy

rooted and unrooted angel wing begonias(3 different varieties if not more)
some of these are ready to be dug now im sure and i dont know about the others but she would like to get some offers if anyone is interested let me know and i will get the boxes together as soon as the weather is ready to stay SPRING LIKE......:)

I would love to try your friend's lemon grass, horehound, and sweden ivy. Please have her look at my list and see if I have anything she might like to try. I live in zone 7 and not sure what I have that will do good in zone 5. Thanks, Country Bumkin
country bumkin....she has everything on your list....see she used to have her greenhouse open to the public but she closed it and has a yard full of stuff and we just made a list of some things she had started(extras)and some things she thought other might find interesting....keep in touch and ill see what she says....cindy
I would LOVE to trade for her begonias. I also have three kinds of angel wings to trade.
I could also send variegated swedish ivy. I have seen this a lot in mixed containers for interest.
a baby wandering jew. and I will have different perennials in the Spring.
