few brugs sprouted!!!

I am soo excited.. I got seeds from RedRose, Arlene and few trade.. I planted them on 1/20 and it took a month for them to spouted. I use plastic cups, makes few holes on bottom, soaked 24 hours the seeds, peel and plant the seeds, spray with water bottle. Cover with plastic saran and under low light by window. THey are starting to sprout in each pots but some I don't know for sure, probably I have killed few. OH well...This is my first time to do it..It's kinda fun to do it.. So..I need to know when I need to repot them into big pot? Any advice will be appreciate. THanks

Mini, can you give them the best light you've got, don't want them to stretch. I wait to repot when they have 2 "true" leaves.

Calalily, Thanks and they are under light and the window also.. They are in 3 inch cup right now. I don't use the heat pad... They get warm by lights.
