OK so I got spring fever and spent some lunch hours in the local greenhouses.
I got a couple extra norfolk island pine, and someone gave me a cutting of what I think is a fantail pussywillow from a floral arrangement. It's rooted, sprouting leaves, and needs to be planted soon. I can also clip some purple and green/yellow wandering jew. And while I'm at it, I still have a box of daffodil bulbs that I bought from WalMart and never planted.
I'd like to trade for succulents that have red or pinkish leaves, tricolor toad lily, and if wishes could come true, fragrant winter hazel.
Does anybody want to trade?
Got Carried Away
Cheryl,
What kind of daffs? How many? I already have a bzillion, but apparently, that's not enough. :) Kinda like daylilies and hostas...it becomes an obsession of sorts. :)
I checked out your want list and I can offer seeds from crepe myrtle (trees, though, unless you prune, which is easy enough) or cuttings when the new growth starts.
This isn't a great picture, but it will give you an idea of the color. http://davesgarden.com/showforumphoto.php?imageid=3914
The pussywillow and daffodil bulbs have been traded, but I still have 3 norfolk island pine available.
