nominations

Milton, FL(Zone 8a)

Tonny asked me to post a formal request to Arlene,Glory and Tig that you three accept a nomination to one of the BHGA
post. This isn't a position, just a nomination at this point. There will be others nominated and we will all vote later.
How about it ladies.I,for one, would like to see all of you
helping to run things.

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

Tig and Glory are much nicer than me, and much better with words. if i am qualified to do anything it would be to count seeds, and put in the mail, i.e. seed bank. it's nice to be thought of though. i would certainly vote for tig and glory.
I'm gonna try to produce a ton of seeds this year....

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

Of course I would do anything to help, I hope you all know that. I want this to be a success and if I can help that come about it would make me very happy.

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

Excellent - where's Glory???

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

I agree with JT on these three for sure. Arlene, you are just as nice as Glory and tiG. You have all certainly been nice to me and very helpful. I know you would all represent us well in whatever position you would accept.

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

I second the nomination. Without opening my mouth and sticking my foot in it.

Sounds like a good team!

Here I am....had company for dinner tonight and burned the fried Turkey breast...that's another story. LOL
I will do what I can to help.

I would like to nominated the following:
Cala
Brugie
Dee
To one of the BHGA post. Anyone second?

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

I second

Gulfport, MS(Zone 8a)

Me, too.

FSH, TX

Triple,quad...etc

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Hey guys, thanks a lot, but with knee surgery coming up this fall, I'll have to take a raincheck. Maybe when I'm finally well, I can help out. I'm like Arlene, would make a good seed counter, but right now isn't good for me.

Again, thanks for thinking of me.

Shirley

Shirley,
I'm sure everyone understands.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

Shirley, didn't know you had more surgery coming up. Hope it does as well as the last.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Thanks, I'll be fine. It would help if our weather would warm up again. Next week highs in the 20's and lows down to about 7*. Too cold for old bones and growing brugs.

Can I nominate Liz for Pres. up here in Canada?

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

Can I second it,I live near Canada!

Can I third it? I know...I'm a long way from Canada. :0)

Maybe we should ask Liz. LOL How about it Liz?

She'll say yes. LOL

Hamilton, Canada

I'm in favour of Liz if she is willing to accept the post...nice to have a Canuck on the Board. ;-)

I am glad to see the results you are getting *lol*
Keep up the good work and keep up the good spirit :)

I won`t be much at DG and in my mailbox in the closest future as Lene and I are packing out stuff and gets ready to move down in zone 7b *lol* I don`t know exactly which day we pull the plugs to our computers, but I know, that we will be back on March 10. or 11.

I wish you all good luck with your nominations :)

Tonny

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

Tonny, I wish you both lots of luck with your move and hope it goes smoothly. You must be very excited to be moving to a new home. I hope it has lots of land for all your Daturas and Brugs.Hope to see you back soon.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Hey, I think Terry would do a good job in a postition too. Let's put her name up for nomination.

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

Brugie, Thanks so much for thinking of me but I am more of a follower than a leader and still learning so much here. There are some here that are much more qualified than me and we need the best in these positions.I will certainly help in any way I can but for these postions we need someone that is knowledgable and organized.
