My mom and I would like to get some barley straw for our ponds, but we haven't found it locally. Would anyone be willing to stuff a medium/large box full of it and send it on out for postage? It wouldn't need to go by priority mail - just whatever's cheapest. E-Mail me and let me know. :)

GW, Wilsons Garden Center on the outskirts of town has it, not too far from you. They have it in the little wooden shack that is over by the pond stuff. It's like $4 or something like that.
Oh, cool! Last summer we checked and they didn't have any. They must have just been out of it temporarily - the girl just said, "we don't have that." Thanks, Susan! :)
you know GW when I went there last summer I called first and the girl said "We don't carry that" well, I went anyway because I wanted to look at other stuff and wouldn't you know it, they had it, the girl had no clue what I was talking about and just said they didn't have it so she didn't have to go find out. So next time, don't bother to ask, just look in the little shed by the pond stuff :)
