I'm posting this in the wee hours while Howie's reformatting the desktop computer's hard drive. He installed a new video card and hard drive (both hand-me-downs from a friend who upgraded, yay!) and I am parked in his chair using the laptop. Withdrawal pains were awful until I sat down here, LOL!
Howie made a yummy shrimp dish with some frozen cooked shrimp he bought me as a treat. He sauteed it in olive oil and garlic, and made a white sauce with it. It was 400cal/8g fat, including the pasta, and it was GOOD! Maybe I can get him to post how he made it.
You need to read the scripture to understand Dan's comment toward the end of this. :)

Psalms 37:5 -- http://bible.whitinger.net/showverse.php3?vid=28357
I remember going to a cafeteria with my friend once while I was on a diet. I told me friend that I was only going along to keep him company, but that I wouldn't eat anything. Once there, however, I was drawn to a particular piece of German chocolate cake. I debated with myself for the longest time, then finally gave in and went to the counter to buy it. On my way back to my seat, I turned too quickly, and the cake fell from my tray to the floor...Where I proceeded to step on it. I always felt that perhaps God was trying to teach me something. The source of my temptation did indeed end up under my feet!

I loved this story. I can't say we've ever inadvertantly destroyed a pizza we've ordered, LOL!
