A few seeds

Just want to know, Did y'all here me whooping and shouting today??? I picked 25 pods today!!! Yes, you read it right, 25!!! I was feeling and squeezing pods and checking the penduncles. I pulled off almost all of my bandaids that are stuck on the pods(the Compeed bandages, they feel funny like a piece of skin). Once I got to picking pods, I was unstoppable. If it looked and felt ripe, it got picked. Hear are a few of the seeds I harvested today. CG is the "mommy" but the marks I made for the daddies had faded and I can't read them. I planted seeds from each of the CG pods. I didn't plant any from the FP or Suave. pods.

That's a lot of seeds! Congrats!! I hope you get some awesome hybrids!! Did you have suave & FP pods ready too?

Now that we are below where non-paying members can see, does anybody want any seed? Send me a SASE if you want some of them. I only have them separated by CG and FP/SW(I accidentally mixed the latter ones) and I don't know who the daddies are(mommy was a bad girl, lol) but you might get something neat(you have to name it after me, lol)

Cala, Wish we could have been there to see you a grinning and a pickin. LOL. You have waited so long for these pods to ripen it must have been a very happy day for you. Wow! 25 pods!!!!!

I was like a mad woman, lol. I was slinging empty pods all over the floor. (I did clean it up before I left) I was saying woo hoo!!! Bill thought something was wrong or I had totally flipped out. I wish y'all could have been there too, my hands were slimey after picking all those seeds out. It's funny, when they are ripe, they just fall out and you just rub a bit and the seeds come apart from each other. It was way cool!!(I thought about y'all while I was pickin and grinnin)

Yes indeed...now a big question...are you growing all those seeds, sending them out, growing half and sending some out....donating any?....Storing them?

You ole pod picker you,just had to pinch those pods!How many pods could a Calla ,pick if a calla could pick pods?

I will donate to the seed bank, send out for sase or trade.
