Crestedchick, I have lupines, but not till spring - dont know where exactly they are till they poke out..., I have butterfly bushes - lavender and pink and I have some dinnerplate dahlias, iridescent pink/purple in color
and I do have a tree peony, just a matter of how do divide it, I did just transplant it about a month ago, and it was quite a chore.
let me know if you want to wait for any of these, or if you want something now, and if you want the peony, tell me how to divide it...

Westbrook, ME(Zone 5a)

CC - I have lupines, lilies, foxgloves, grape cuttings, and maybe I can come up with some variegated plants you'd like. I'd be interested in brugs and maybe a taro for my pond. I won't be ready to trade until spring tho.

Snow I don't think dividing a tree peony is a good idea. I'm not too sure. I have a pink one. I think cuttings might work better. We'll have to look into it.

I tried to get some information on that. Some people insist that they MUST be grafted,I asked "grafted to what?" but no one could answer that. Then someone else said she divided hers last year with out a problem...Pebble,don't do anything that could hurt yours. Eyes ,I keep trying to find the plants at daves Store,I heard they were great ,but I somehow cant get in there. Also, everyone,I don't mind waiting till its warmer out,I probably can't find some of my stuff for a few weeks too,but I can get them set up and organized!!The big"O" word (not usually in my vocabulary!)

CC...go up to Pebble's last post, look to your right in the Legend, and click on Store......

And have some different color canna's as well. Email me and let me know what colors you might be looking for. Some I have in the ground and are already coming up, some I have bought and need to go in the ground, but can divide them.
