From the picture I had seen I thought it was more orange,I like the color in this picture better.
What a shame this probably hit the compost,I like it,for a deformed bloom.

My Desiree had buds last year, I chopped them off cause I thought it was going to frost(in TN) and then it didn't frost. I was mad!
I have one, but it appears to be weaker than my others. I hope it will bloom this year.
