What is this J. Orange susceptible to? Nervous as all get out and now my eyes and brain are blurry and fogged.

My brugs, hibiscus, P. Flwrs. are all looking kinda stressed, too many flowers inside, too close of quarters, when I move them to more open air circulation in other rooms, they have all snapped out of the dulldrums(winter).
Sun is shing on everything, this might help??
