YEAH!!! You picked one!!! Congrats Liz! Did the pod show any signs of being ripe ... or did you just figure it was time for it to be ready? Hope you get some wonderful babies from it.

The pod stayed green and full - the peduncle almost overnight went from being green and full to thinner and darker. It didn't look like it was going able to support the weight of the pod. The pod had a very thick skin.
And just like Tonny said - it looked like a brain in formaldehyde. Have I grossed you out? LOL
