Help! I use Windows 2000 and the printer is an Apple LaserWriter IIf.

Until a few days ago, the printer worked fine. Now it does not respond to the "Print" command at first, and then, when it does respond, it refuses to print what I want; it spits out a page with its name and 5 icons with titles. According to the manual, this is the "startup page" (to show the quality of the printing, I think) but I should still be able to get what I want printed, even if it is going to give me that page too.

I need to be able to use the printer and I cannot figure out what is wrong!!
