Monika, Are the holes in the leaves part of the virus or is it insect damage?

The damage was done by green caterpillars. Virus does makes holes. Typical sign is the mottling in the leaves way up to the young leaves.

Monika, I got this plant from Hodnik's earlier this year. It arrived very stressed and I think is dead now. Guess I should burn it. So sad :(
