Evert's Sphagetti Salad

Helsinki, Finland(Zone 4b)

This is one of my favourite salads.... Let's see:

Ingredients:

Corn
Peas
Paprika/Sweet pepper
Carrot (optional)
Sphagetti/macaroni (some italian curled types and red/green +'common' coloured are good)

Mustard Sauce
Tarragon Vinegar (optional)

I usually buy the vegetables from market as frozed in plastic bags - I warm them and put to a bowl. Mix them. Add the boiled sphagetti and mix well again... Then add some mustard sauce and tarragon vinegar, mi very well and let be in fridge for about 10-30 minutes so the salad gets cool enough.
