Help! Homemade Doggie Dooley?

I want to come up with a homemade version of the Doggie Dooley: http://www.petsmart.com/dog/shopping/clean%5Fup/products/product%5F321.shtml for our yard. It uses enzymes to digest the solid waste you put in it. Does anyone have any ideas?
