take small cucumbers and put them tight in a sterilized jar minimum 0,7dl (I use this size)add dill,leaf from black currant and ofcourse GARLIC (if you want)add one tablespoon salt per 7dl water could be less if you dont like salt and fill it up with water close the jar with screwcower to prevent the bubbles to come out and the oxygen stay out then put it in a warm place 25 degrees celcius until you can see bubbles (about 4-6 days) coming then storage it in a cooler place 10-15 degrees C place for about 3 weeks then you can try it but you can wait at least 6 month perhaps moore.Open it in the kitchen the water can come out with the bubbles it shall taste a little sour.
