I've finally been initiated into the brugmansia hooked on seeds growers! I went to change the name on the seeds that Gwist sent to me from Arborea to Suaveolens as per TiG's post.
I checked my flats with Eric's seeds (hmmmm now that can be misinterpreted). I have 2 tiny twins from the 2 day soak...nothing up yet from the one or 3 day soakings. These seeds were planted January 24th. I had them on bottom heat since then. They were in the package of "Isabella multiple crosses".
I'm so happy I hobbled up the stairs to the computer just to let everyone know ....I finally have brug babies!!!
CC I can't come now to babysit your twins as I have twins of my own to take care of...well you know with the middle of the night feedings and all that I'll hardly have time to check out the brug forum. I have a smile from ear to ear...wow this is better than S-E-X....LOL.

I have twins by Eric!!
I'm so happy for you. It is exciting isn't it???
CC,
Yep it sure is!! I thought I was excited when I got Camellia seeds to sprout, but this is great!! I've made a promise to myself to just ignore my brug seed flats and continue to plant other varieties of seeds besides brugs so I'm not tempted to peek around in the soil. I'm hoping not to get too hyped up so if more seeds do not sprout I won't be disappointed and will be content with what does come up.

What an attention grabbing title! - alas, no brug scandal! LOL
Liz,
LOL, I know you are looking for more brugmansia scandelous reports from the roving brug reporter...LOL. Oh by the way, I was able to engage Johnny Cochrane as my lawyer based on some old photos he sent me years ago when we were dating...they were rather risque... He was poor as a church mouse back then...hey don't anyone take this serious...this is JUST A JOKE.

Eric,
Your Isabella x's from the 2 day soak, planted in soil on the heat mat continue to pop up daily. None of the one day soak or 3 day soak have popped up yet.
Of the crosses that you made with the Isabella which donors tend to sprout the earliest? I find this very fascinating and would like to be able to know.
