Working in Bolton yesterday and went into a LIDL supermarket as somebody told me they sell cheap vegetable and flower seeds, gee whizz they do too, just 29p, bought a few packets. We in Britain are overcharged for our seeds you know, when i go to Spain usually bring seed back as they are a lot cheaper. I bought a packet of seeds the other day and it had over 1000 seeds in it, i dont need that many, so why not sell us cheaper fewer seeds in packets.

That's an excellent price Sheila. I bought some seed packets last week at Fred Humphreys, one of my local garden centres, bought some Mr Fothergills seeds. Not cheap, and they weren't even rare plants.
Yep and i even got some Zinnias too, they had 2 sorts too, and i have been looking in shope, garden centres for these but they seem to finish at sweet peas.
