How to unblock a blocked email address???

During all our terrible porno emails, I tried to block them in my blocked senders list. My problem now is that I accidently caught my sisters email address in there also and can't find out how to unblock her. I have to go into the deleted file to read her emails now.

I have Outlook Express email with the ISP as Cable "Road Runner". When I click on Messages in my Tool Bar...this is where I find the Block Sender, but cannot find anything to unblock.

Oh..and one other thing also...any incoming or outgoing emails are in large print all of a sudden. Have I done something permantly to change this or can I adjust it?

Please help if you can, I have asked everyone I know around here that knows computers, they can't help me.
