Brewers, KY(Zone 6b)

Afternoon folks, well, the weatherman sure called it wrong today! We were supposed to be cloudy and overcast, instead we are nice and sunny with the high of about 57*. I just wish we would not have had so much rain a few days ago, the yard is a muddy mess.
Today Jesse stayed home for a bit this a.m. and helped me do some outside work.He left a short while ago to go do some of his landscape work at some apartments. We are working on a new dog house..err..mansion..My job is to pull nails out of the old "new" boards to get it ready for him. I pulled the cart in the dog pen and began working on them. My big golden retreiver, Clifford, decides he is going to check out the progress and cocks up his leg....psssss...he showers me. Drips in my rubber boots, all over my pants, ugh. I know that he "owns" me, but gee, what a way to show it.
My goat had more mucus this morning! I am getting so excited about her babies. My goose has started laying eggs too. I found one this a.m. on her nest. I know now that I will be getting one egg a day from her. I need to get an incubater. I've never hatched any out in an incubater, but I 'd like to try this year. Does anyone know if you put one egg in a day or do you wait until you have a clutch to incubate the eggs?
Have a good day all, I suppose I better get after the nail pulling! Blessings, Lisa
