removing porn from pc

i got this in the mail today http://www.contentwatch.com/spn and i was wondering if anyone has tried it. i don't have kids using my computer but i did run a scan and it did show a lots of porn on this thing. will it free up space and make this thing run faster? i would love to get rid of the porn but i don't want to waste money if it doesn't make my computer run faster.
