I had to take my computer to the shop awhile back and when I tried to use my printer the next time it wouldn't work. I called technical support and the guy had me disconnect the printer from the scanner and run it direct and it worked. He said I would have to get an adapter which I just did today. Got everything hooked up and now when I try to print it tells me I'm out of paper but I'm not.
WON'T SOMEBODY PLEASE COME OVER AND FIX THIS THING FOR ME SO I CAN SCAN AND PRINT!!!!
I have an ImageReader Express scanner and I don't think I have drivers for it. Where can I find them on the web?
Please don't think I'm as dumb as I am about this. LOL Thanks in advance,
