Good news for those who are in possession of Brugmansia imports that have never been thru Post Entry quarantines!
If you've had the plant(s) in your possession for 2 or more years, contact your local ag dept and let them know you have the plants.
They will come to your place, and you fill out paperwork.
They will inspect your plants this coming Spring and release them to you immediately, "if they are in good health and pass the inspection".
If you've had them less than 2 years, your plants will have to go thru the 2 year post entry quarantines.
You need to contact your ag dept and let them know you have these plants. You will not go to jail and they will not fine you.
There is no need to be scared of these inspectors. They will work with you, not against you. They will treat you fairly.
Please do what's right and take care of these imports in the honest and legal way!

... or Black Sabbath ... I had serious trouble to keep a steady backwards speed, so I listened for ages for these develish messages, but were equally disappointed every time that I tried :D *lol*
Maybe it would have helped me back then, if I just took three steps from the counter to the bed, mumbled ave maria three times backwards to a black cat and put that recordplayer upwards down and re-played ??? ... you should try and do that with your computer some day ... sure fun ... a little hard to write to you though ... but ... fun :D

Deanne, she didn't harass me, she was ugly to a new member here on the boards. Not to mention all the other times she's just been flat rude. If she'd come in here like the post above, it would have been very different. too little too late.
Perhaps the inspectors should go to Vicki's and check to make sure her European Imports are legal. She has on her website numerous crosses listed with European Imports.
