Does anybody think there should be a reasonable limit put on the # of packages sent to one person for sase?
???? What o you think??
I agree with Sis.
I see nothing wrong with setting your own limits, Azalea. You could post it directly on your trade page where the sase offers are ~ "I'd really like to give as many people as possible the chance to try these, so please, one package per variety and no more than 5 packs total per request."
When I offer sase seed of all different types, I usually don't care how many they get, sometimes offering extras to beginners so they can trade for other non-sase things. This is with the stipulation that they let the other trader know they didn't grow the seeds themselves so there's no surprises (I've found that some traders don't like "retrades" ~ I don't care myself). I'm just of the mindset that I don't want the seeds to go to waste, but I can certainly see that it would be nice to let as many people as possible try them! :-)
I agree too that it is up tothe individual parties involved. If I have alot things that I am not going to use then I have no problem with sending several to one person for a sase. If you wish to state a limit do so at the beginning of the tade and there would not be a problem as far as I am concern. Grant you there will always be that one that might get upset at your setting limits but they will get over it. If someone is willing to give away seeds for postage then they should be allowed to set there own limits.
Thanks guys, I guess if I had given this a little more thought, I wouldn't have even posted it. I usually send something extra too. I just had one little problem which I won't post here, but I've got it figured out now what to do.
