Want a juicy hamburger?

Harford County, MD(Zone 6b)

Add 2-3 tablespoons milk to a lb.of ground beef.I saw a chef do this on tv and it really works. I usually use 85% lean gr. beef or better, shape into patties, salt and pepper then cook.I've fried them, put them on the grill and on the Forman grill and they always come out juicy. I've tried water instead of the milk and it's not as good.
Whenever I see gr.beef on sale,I buy a big pkg, make it into patties and cook on the gas grill outside. Then I put them on a cookie sheet, freeze them, and pop them into a freezer bag.If dh wants a burger for lunch he just pops one in the microwave and it tastes like it was just grilled.
Another tip I do is,measure the meat out in 1/3 cup portions, plop them onto a sheet of plastic wrap...cover with a second sheet and use my potato masher to press them into uniform patties (I happen to like a thin burger, but dh likes his thicker.
