If you are talking about the brug-Butterfly, I had my order in to LeBonJ Nov.2000, received my plant September 2001, about 3' tall, crooked as all get out. Do not know where they got their start from, this is first I saw any for sale.

Have a few started, growing slow inside, here in Ohio, wintertime.

Gloria

Gloria,
My Butterfly isn't the speediest either...still in a 6in pot....think I'll bump it up and see if that helps.

Gloria(Biloxi)

Mine is slow growing too. I've had it in a gallon pot for quite a while. It's about 1 foot tall but just doesn't seem really vigorous. I've had it since last October, I think.

I have 5 Butterfly started, various sizes, don't want to transplant until spring, to bigger pot, might lose them, I also have 5 Rosa Traum about the same size.

Gloria T,
For $12.95 you ordered a 3.5" Butterfly. Instead you received a 3ft tall plant plus you received 2 different free brugs (both Euro's if I remember correctly) to help make up for your long wait.
Hope everything is growing well for you.
Vicki

ps....... and you weren't charged for shipping.

Vicky, gotta say i love you even though i haven't been real nice, i am sure you have your reasons for feeling as you do.

Boy! WOW, and I opened my mouth!! I have told everyone that I was completely happy with LeBonJardinier, didn't matter that I had to wait! I was treated extremely well. This is first I have said anything at all about the plant. So sorry if I stepped on toes!! I didn't mean it to be nasty at all, just didn't think, I have others that grew crooked also, not from you.

Hope I am forgiven??

She REALLY did treat me well, I hope some of you remember the good things I said and not this tiny(I thought) thing.

So sorry Vicki!!

I just can't wait to get my new brugs. Gee Vicki, will my Butterfly be that big? :-) Do you know yet if you are going to have the Angel's Dream available? It is one that I ordered. One of about eight, I think.

Gee Whiz, some people can't be nice even if you let them!!! (and Im not talking about Brugie)Does she ALWAYS walk around with a bad atitude? Maybe she needs some Prozac!!!

Gloria T,
I'm not mad at you. Thank you very much for clearing things up. I greatly appreciate it.

Yes Shirley, Angel's Dream is available.

Arlene, Thank you!

Killed all my Brugs off that were not from my own seedlings or from local hybridizers.

Brugman, you're probably correct about the climate. Glad to see you're back, we've missed you.

I ordered some brugs from LBJ, hope I'm not disappointed. One of them was Butterfly, can't remember what the others were. that is the one I really, really wanted, and had to order $50.00 worth. *sigh* what a chore.........NOT!

Too funny!!Its even more of a chore to spend money thats not yours on brugs,LOL,My poor DH (who forgot our aniversary,) had to make it up to me for my birthday , by handing me the credit card and letting me order from hodniks last year. Now that was a chore!!!!
