Okay now I have more questions except they are about hybridizing brugs. Has anyone hybridized any double petalled brugs with a variegated leaf brug and successfully gotten seeds? If so what cross did you do?
I'm planning on ordering a tray of brugs with the variegated leaves and thought I might try some crosses with the brugs that I currently have. I cross daylilies, siberian and japanese irises all the time so I'm eager to "play" with brug crosses in the future.

Variegated Brug Question
I haven't tried crossing any brugs because we don't have a long enough season here to mature the pods and I don't heat my greenhouse in the winter. Sounds like something that would work though and I'd love to see you get some good results.
