Moerheim Beauty......

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Some time ago, there was a post of a picture of this plant on one of the forums. I think most of us that were interested looked until our eyes crossed for a place to purchase it. I finally found that place......so if you are still interested in it, you can find it at
http://www.dutchgardens.com
and it comes 3 bareroot plants per bag for $6.95.

Mark said it doesn't come back true from seed. Now, I'm on a search again. Thanks Mark.

This is what the catalog says online:
Helenium autumnale
'Moerheim Beauty'
(Sneezeweed)

So, if this isn't it, what am I to be looking for?

you are to look for a plant that has drooping red flowers without any red on them.

you have to be wary of mail order catalogs/sites because they dont care what they sell. I see this very often with hardy geraniums. last year there were many images posted asking me if this was that etc.

How can I look for a drroping red flower without any red on it? Can you post that picture again?
