Isn't Jean Pasco and Charles Grimaldi the same plants? I thought I read that in Priessel's book.

and I also have 3 unknowns setting buds, so perhaps I can get Jean Pasco for the CG and Whiskers for the two unknowns??
Jean Pasco is TOTALY different from CG. The blooms hang different and the calyx is close to the corolla.(no space between the two). The seed pods are different too, more like a FP pod, but fuzzy and the calyx falls off early on.
tig, i love jean pasco. she has the fatest seeds, maybe no one else loves her but i sure do. i think she is gorgeous. enough blooms, you can criss cross around? i wonder if the seed fatness comes from aurea in her background. seems like brugman has never crossed with JP, but ms brugie made that pretty 2001 with it as the mom.
I think I can put some of each on each plant. Of the at least 3 that are starting buds, they all have several. And it would be easy to mark each one with so few blooms. My whiskers is getting big, but she's not ready to bloom yet, but I'm hoping before too long. Certainly before spring.

Joydie1......Charles Grimaldi and Jutner Orange are the two that are the same. I think San Francisco was another name mentioned to be the same as CG and JO also.
I like the pics of Jean Pasco.....hope to have one someday.

Glory.....that would be great if you could save me one:) Are you going to have any others available, such as HG, Maya, Peaches and Creme, Butterfly, Ecuador Pink, Ollie, etc? Dont mean to sound greedy....just listing some of the ones I still would like to acquire:) LOL

I already have you a HG and Jean Pasco....I can get you an Ollie going as soon as the seed pod is ripe.
I'll have to check on the rest. Not sure about the Butterfly I know I have one but guess I'd better look out there in the Jungle and see where it is. Let me check on the others too.

I already have a Whiskers put back for you along with Jessie Noel and Becca Lynn. Whiskers was a seed from LBJ that I grew...it's a cross between Aurea Gold and Charles G.
I'll bring the Brugs to the plant swap.
